Beebe Public Schools is excited to announce we have been approved for Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI Days) for the 2018-19 school year. Act 862 allows school districts and open-enrollment public charter schools to develop a plan for alternative methods of instruction to be used on days when the district must be closed due to exceptional or emergency circumstances. Beebe Public Schools submitted the application for up to five (5) days, and it was approved by the Arkansas Department of Education for the 2018-19 school year. Please see the attached images for Frequently Asked Questions about AMI days and be on the look-out for additional information to come home from your child's school.

There is currently a post being shared that has threatened a school shooting at "BMS." This school is in Arizona, NOT Beebe, Arkansas. Police have been contacted, and our S.R.O.'s are aware, but this threat is NOT at our school. School safety is our top priority, but there has been NO threat made against Beebe School District in Beebe, Arkansas. Sincerely, Chris Nail Superintendent, Beebe School District
