After Layla Moncada was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes this school year she decided to bring awareness to her peers. She created a presentation about Type 1 Diabetes and presented to multiple fourth grade classes this week! #bbelem #bprd

These kiddos from Mrs. Gordon and Ms. Brooks’ homeroom, entered the Appelley Publishing Company National Student Poetry Contest and received word that they will be published in the 2023 Rising Stars Collection!
