🚗🚌 Back-to-School Pick-Up & Drop-Off Procedures 🚌🚗

As we get ready for an exciting new school year, we want to help make arrival and dismissal as smooth and safe as possible for everyone!

Please take a few minutes to review our Beebe Elementary Pick-Up & Drop-Off Procedures. The attached guide includes:
✅ Morning drop-off routes by grade level
✅ Afternoon pick-up procedures
✅ Bus rider information
✅ Transportation change reminders
✅ Arrival and dismissal maps

Following these procedures helps keep traffic flowing and, most importantly, ensures the safety of all of our Badgers.

💡 A few important reminders:
🕢 Morning drop-off begins at 7:30 a.m.
⏰ Morning car drop-off ends promptly at 8:00 a.m. After 8:00, students must be checked in through the elementary office.
🚙 Have your car tag displayed during afternoon pick-up.
🪪 Please have your ID available, as you may be asked to show it during dismissal.
📞 Transportation changes must be called into the office before 2:00 p.m.
