
In the library this week: For Hour of Code week, students participated in an "unplugged" (without computers) coding activity. They had to use specific symbols to "program" a person to walk a certain path. These students are from Ms. Miller's 3rd grade class.

Check out what the 2nd & 3rd grade students will be doing in counseling the next couple of weeks! They will be rotating through different centers learning about GRATITUDE!! They will write things they are grateful for, watch a video, sort cards based on if they show gratitude or not, and talk about how a person with a grateful heart might act. Mrs. Gordon & Mrs. Price joined classes today! They compared & contrasted key details of two non-fiction texts on the same topic using the dating game to teach this lesson! Make sure to ask them about it. #BPRD


Badger Family Pantry will give away food this Wednesday, Nov. 14 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. We will have a turkey, stuffing mix, & cranberry sauce included with our regular items for the first 50 families. We are open a week early this month since there will be no school the 3rd week.

Today Mrs. White’s class took learning about non fiction text features to a WHOLE NEW LEVEL! This morning students became book doctors, attended “medical school”, operated on “patients” and our classroom was transformed into a Book Operating Room. #bprd
