BHS | Pre-Educators Tour
Mrs. Wolff’s Pre-Educator students toured the ASUB & ASU Jonesboro education programs. They heard from Admissions Director Tyler Bittle and Education Instructor Penny Cook on the programs offered to future teachers. Four of these students have decided to continue their education with ASUB! Thank you to everyone who was involved & welcomed our students! #BPRD

Special Olympics | Tournament of Champions
Congratulations to our Special Olympics teams who competed in the Tournament of Champions! Both placed 3rd in their division. These athletes competed hard and showed class in representing Badger Nation. They also want to send a shout out to the volunteers who helped with the event, especially the Arkansas Tech Men’s basketball team! #BPRD




BMS | Environmental Impact💧🍃
Students in Ms. Davis' and Mrs. Pasley’s classes learned about how humans impact the environment. They created projects from used plastic and determined which material would best clean up an oil spill. Students were very creative with their upcycled projects and their strategies for cleaning up an oil spill! #BPRD

Don't forget! Kindergarten Registration for 2023-2024 is THIS Wednesday, March 15th. Be sure to have your required documents ready for a seamless enrollment experience. This is for children going into Kindergarten who will be 5 years old before August 1, 2023. Students who are now in Little Badger Pre-K are already enrolled. Yesterday, our AFJROTC Kitty Hawk Air Society spent the morning reading to Beebe Elementary students! The Kitty Hawk Air Society is a national AFJROTC academic honor society that recognizes academic and military achievement by cadets, provides additional leadership/educational opportunities, and encourages excellence. Our Elementary students loved hearing from their older peers for this special occasion! #BPRD





BES - Studying Wavelengths
Mrs. Glaude's 4th Grade scientists discovered how wavelengths are different when you have a high pitch sound and a low pitch sound by creating the vibrations with string! We love hands on learning! #BPRD





Beebe HOSA just wrapped up their state competition, and they knocked it out of the park! They competed in 13 different competitions and came home with 11 medals! The following students will advance to Nationals in Dallas this summer:

It's National School Breakfast Week, and we want to highlight the importance of "digging in" to a healthy school breakfast! Students who eat a healthy breakfast show higher levels of achievement, have better concentration and memory, are more alert, and maintain a healthier weight! When you eat good, you feel good!
