Not only did Kinley Chapman attend the National FCCLA competition, she brought home a silver medal for her presentation of “Say Yes to FCS Education” at the FCCLA National STAR Event in San Diego! #BPRD

Also at last night's Board Meeting, four additional Honor Graduates from the BHS Class of 2022 were recognized for their outstanding achievement. Congratulations William Truesdail, Andrew Jolly, Brandon Burkett, and Courtney Berner! #BPRD

Before last night's Board Meeting, Department Classified Employees of the Year were honored with a dinner then Chief Marcus Marsh was recognized as the BSD Classified Employee of the Year to begin the meeting. We are so thankful for these dedicated employees! #BPRD

Today, teachers are attending Trauma Informed Practices training provided by the Arkansas Trauma Resource Initiative for Schools (TRIS)! This beneficial training will help school personnel better recognize and respond to the impact of trauma on students. #BPRD

Today, district administrators had the opportunity to attend the First Annual Regional Safety Summit in Springdale. Ensuring we have the most effective safety procedures in place for our students and staff will be the top priority for the 2022-23 school year! #BPRD
