Information about school today:
First and foremost, please be aware that we have not received any information to make us believe that Beebe is under a specific threat. At no time has Beebe been named or mentioned specifically in regard to the threat of a possible shooting.
School and all activities will be held as planned today, Thursday, August 29. Coach Ellis, the safety director for our district, has been and continues to be in contact with White County and Beebe Police Departments. Every campus has police officers present and patrolling. Additionally, district administrators are stationed around campus.
Please remember that these are all precautions because the safety of everyone on our campus is always our first priority. We highly anticipate this to be a normal school day. We would never hold school or have students on our campus if we did not feel confident that it was safe.
Free Family Movie Night coming up in September! Check out the flyer for details.

This is an informational announcement only. Please be aware that as far as we know, Beebe School District is not under a specific threat.
We have been made aware of information circulating social media that we want to address.
On August 20, the Little Rock FBI issued a general awareness statement about information they received relating to a possible school shooting in Arkansas (August 29) and Kentucky (August 28). The FBI could not confirm the source of the reporting party.
Beebe School District is not aware of any specific threat involving our school district.
Our students’ and staff’s safety is always our first priority. District personnel will continue communicating with state and local law enforcement over the next week. We will take all necessary steps to protect our students and staff. The Beebe School District will communicate with all stakeholders in the school community if there are any changes to the situation.
Congratulations to these students for being the highest achieving students in their grade on last year's math and reading assessments! They were recognized at last night's school board meeting. #BPRD

Thank you to our August board meeting student leaders- Avery Mills (8th Grade), Blaze Tipton (8th Grade), Brady McMullen (9th Grade), & Rebecca Warren (9th Grade). They led the pledge and recited the district vision and mission statements. Great job! #BPRD
