Here's what's going on in Beebe Schools during the month of January. http://bit.ly/2EpeFxe

In honor of School Board Recognition month, we will be spotlighting a Board Member each week.
Mr. Harold Davis, Beebe School Board President, has fifteen years on the school board and has been extremely involved in the growth of the district. As a former McRae School Board Member, Mr. Davis played a large part in the districts’ annexation. With a business background, Mr. Davis is often able to give the business perspective with decisions and purchases. He is also very technology minded and thinks progressively toward the District’s vision. Having three children attend the District has given him a well-rounded, district-level perspective from pre-k – twelfth grade. He is always interested in progress, and especially academic success by providing more opportunities for Beebe students.

January is School Board Member Recognition Month! Let's celebrate the Beebe School Board. If you see one of our board members let them know how much they are appreciated.

Welcome back, Badgers! Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Let's make 2018 the best year yet!

THURSDAY, December 7 is our weekly Meet Your [third grade] Teacher at the library night! Goff Library will host Ms. Glaude, reading her favorite Christmas Story, starting at 4:30. Last week, it was Ms. Bell's turn to share her favorite Christmas story, one book she shared was Merry UNChristmas, by Mike Reiss.

Friday, November 17 was an exciting day for 24 third and fourth grade students from Beebe Elementary. Students who demonstrated involvement in our Sideways Stories From Wayside School book club meetings, held in collaboration with the Goff Public Library, traveled to the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock to attend the Arkansas Reading Association's Annual Literacy Conference to meet author Louis Sachar. The students received an autographed copy of Sachar’s new book, Fuzzy Mud. Additionally, the students were involved in a Meet the Author Session.

Thank you to Jason Smith and also to Anna Burke, our latest BPS Imagination Library Partners! Thanks for putting books in the hands of children!

Every year during the holiday season, school choirs from all across Arkansas come to the Capitol to sing in the rotunda, which has been decorated for the season, and to spread Christmas cheer.
Beebe Schools will perform December 13, 14 and 15!
