Congratulations to Dr. Belinda Shook, who was honored today as a retiree at the AAEA conference. Thank you for your 32 years of service Dr. Shook!

We had such a fun partnership with CrossKids Childcare. Mr. Kenny and Ms. Kay read to the 4-year-old class each week, then the school aged kids joined us to check out books on the bookmobile. We would love to recognize the OUTSTANDING manners used by all of the CrossKids students! READ ON!!!

Loyal Garner patrons have an awesome way of getting to and from the bookmobile. The grandfather who brought his grandchildren every single week this summer transported them on his terrific ATV! Thanks to ALL of the adults who transported students to the bookmobile this summer!

What an exciting surprise on the bookmobile from Alana and Cooper! They presented Ms. Kay and Mr. Kenny with a handwritten thank you note and a plate of homemade brownies. WOW! Thanks to our loyal McRae patrons for this kind gesture of gratitude!

CONGRATS to Beebe Readers who have reached 45,004 minutes read this summer! From Beebe Early Childhood the highest number of minutes were read, so far, by the following classes: Cozad, Stigler and Chapman. In first grade, the classes of Carranco, Vance and Mitchell read the most minutes. At Beebe Elementary, GRADE TWO has logged the MOST minutes overall with 28,336! WHOA! Third grade classes logging the most minutes are: Ussery, Bass and Bell. Ms. Sebourn's class is leading the pack for 4th graders. GREAT JOB Beebe Readers! Keep up the good work!

Closing out another terrific week on the bookmobile! The month of June brought hundreds of welcome visitors to the bookmobile. We love our job of getting books into the hands of our Beebe community!!! Join us on board...don't forget to sign up for our Remind...so you'll know where to find us each day! https://www.remind.com/join/76hc8e

What are Beebe students doing this summer??? READING! Our total reading minutes, so far, are 14,868! This total represents 13,786 from Beebe Elementary and 1,082 minutes from Beebe Early Childhood. GO READERS! Our top readers this week were: Dalton S, Emerson P, Carley H, Clayton B, Georgia S, Caleb C, Brody C, Carter C and Adrianna & Aryanna S!

We had an exciting week on the bookmobile! At some stops, students were jumping for JOY when the bookmobile came into view! The enthusiastic readers kept us BLAZING a READING TRAIL all week long.
