Students in Ms. Davis and Mrs. Pasley’s classes learned about how humans impact the environment. They created projects from used plastic, and determined which material would best clean up the spill. Creative minds! #bprd #bmstogether

When you are a math teacher and you know your kids love football : Mr. Friar used math skills to run football plays during electives. He called out “2 ft wide by 2 ft tall; tell me the area”. The boys answered 4 and knew what play to run. Learning is fun! #bprd #bmspawpower

Mrs. Alexander's 5th grade science class dissected owl pellets and used a guide to determine what small animal the owl had eaten! The excitement was contagious! #bprd #bmspawpower

February is Black History Month. 5th grade students created a history "quilt" after conducting research about the contributions of African Americans to history, science, math, and literature. #bprd #bmspawpower
