With an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Penn State and a Master’s in Special Education from Harding University, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the classroom. Originally from Dierks, Arkansas. Officer Pannell has accumulated 15 years of experience in law enforcement. Before joining the BSD Police Department, he served at the Arkansas State Police, receiving numerous awards, notably being honored as the Arkansas Law Enforcement Officer of the Year. Officer Pannell is an integral part of the school community and demonstrates a steadfast commitment to prioritizing school safety for the students, faculty, and staff at BJHS.

Mr. Forrest Haley, originally from Tennessee, has been with the district since last year as the Dean of Students and is now stepping into the role of Assistant Principal at BJHS. Mrs. Karly Carter, our exceptional administrative assistant, is originally from Texas and has been with the district for seven years.
