Scott Chism, Beebe Jr. High Dean of Students, was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and graduated from Enola High School in 1990. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Harding University while receiving his educational degree in 1996. He went on to receive a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Harding University as well in 1998.
Mr. Chism has worked in the educational field for 26 years, beginning in 1996 as the Science Teacher and Baseball Coach at McRae Public Schools. He came to Beebe in 2002 to teach Chemistry and coach Baseball, Football, and Basketball. He won the State Championship in Baseball in 2010 with the Badgers. Mr. Chism has been married to Beebe Alum Alicia (Sandlin) Chism for 26 years. His wife Alicia, is an ICU Nurse at UAMS. They have two children, Dixie and Ethan, who graduated from Beebe Public Schools.
