Mrs. Payne's Psychology class recently studied a unit about stress. Students visited stations set up in the classroom designed to help reduce stress. The stations consisted of: play-dough, coloring, stress bands and stress balls, Yoga, meditation stations, punching memory foam, kaleidoscopes, breathing techniques, massage therapy, and painting. Not all techniques worked for every student, but most found at least one technique that can be used to help manage stress as they try to manipulate their busy schedules and lives.
