Pizza Snack Day – Friday, Sept. 25 Details

Students may also bring their own snack.

Order Forms

Collecting Orders

Each teacher will have a folder with a class roster to complete.
New roster sheets will be in your folder each month.
Exact change only – no checks.
Student names must be on the order form (or on a sticky note if no form).
No receipts needed.
Turn in your folder daily to the office or us.
If a student is absent on Pizza Day, their order cannot be carried over to the next month (the money is already used to purchase the pizza).

Snack Day Details

Send a crate/box labeled with your name & room # to the counselors’ office by 9:00 a.m.
We’ll deliver pizza, plates, gloves, water, and Capri Sun around 1:00 p.m.
Teachers decide when to serve pizza.
