At last night’s Board of Education meeting, Beebe High School’s Family and Consumer Sciences and FCCLA programs were highlighted. 2022 graduates Kinley Chapman, Ashley Clark, and Alexandra Davis, as well as current FCCLA President Cady Ray shared and were recognized for their accomplishments in last year’s STAR events! #BPRD

Friendly reminder that students need to be up to date on immunizations for the new school year!
White County Health Units in Searcy (112 Brantley Rd.) and Beebe (306 N. Gum St.) are offering a Back to School Vaccination Clinic TOMORROW, 8/9/22, from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. Please note the wait may be shorter in Searcy as they will have more personnel on site. Walk ins welcome!
If you cannot make the clinic tomorrow, remember that our on site ARcare Clinic offers immunizations daily from 8 am - 5 pm!
A few important notes about immunizations:
*If your child turned 16 years old after 9-1-2021 or will turn 16 years old before 9-1-2022, they will have to have their MCV4 shot.
*If your child turns 11 years old after 9-1-2021 or will turn 11 years old before 9-1-2022, your child will have to have their TDAP and MCV4 shots.
*You have until OCTOBER 1ST to have your child's immunizations up to date or your child will not be able to attend school until (a) the shots are complete, (b) we receive an exemption letter from the Arkansas Department of Health, or (c) we receive an appointment card.
*If your child receives these shots, please send a copy to your school nurse. Additionally, if your student received any vaccinations over the summer, please bring a copy to your school nurse at Open House on Thursday, August 11th.

From Badger Family Pantry: Come check out our new facilities and method of operation. Any family with a child in Beebe Schools can get food on our monthly distribution day. This month that is next Wednesday, August 17. If you'd like to bring donations to Open House, we'd love to have cash, toiletries, feminine items, cleaning products., or any food item. Remember that even though we are on the school campus, WE DO NOT USE ANY SCHOOL MONEY TO BUY FOOD. We operate solely on grants and donations and are glad to have any contributions.
