On Friday, September 1st, at 7:45 am CT and 4:45 pm CT, Ms. Rebekah Davis will be featured in the Extra Yard for Teachers segment on the SEC Network! She was nominated by Beebe alum and current Arkansas Razorback Softball player Hannah Gammill!
Through the Extra Yard for Teachers program, the SEC partners with the College Football Playoff Foundation to recognize teachers who go above and beyond for their students. In addition to the TV segment, Ms. Davis will receive Donors Choose funding for herself and the school!

Free or reduced lunch status provides far more benefits than simply free meals! You can receive discounts on home internet 💻, exam fees 📝, and college application fees 🎓. Remember, even if you are only approved for reduced meal status, your children's meals will now be free! 🆓
And if that's not enough, just by submitting your application, you are entered into a drawing for a $100 gas card! 🚗
Here is your checklist for ensuring you receive all benefits available to you:
1️⃣ Submit your family's meal application at ezmealapp.com. Be sure to select "Beebe School District" as your school. For a full tutorial on how to complete the application, go to bit.ly/ezmealapptutorial.
*IMPORTANT*: You should hear from the district within 10 business days regarding your application status. If you do NOT hear from the district, your application may not have gone through. Please reach out to Jackie Perry at jperry@beebeschools.org.
2️⃣ Once you receive word that you have been approved, apply for discounted home internet at getinternet.gov.
3️⃣ Speak with your child's school counselor about how to receive waivers for exam fees and college applications.
