✨ Elementary teachers shining bright! ✨
Mrs. White, Mrs. Birchfield and Mrs. Bell attended the High Reliability Teacher training on Thursday, October 19th before Parent Teacher Conferences.
Jessie Bell, third grade teacher, and Audre White, fourth grade literacy teacher, were both accepted into the High Reliability Teacher certification program through Solution Tree and the Department of Education. Only thirteen educators from across the state were accepted into this program! The HRT program encourages teacher effectiveness through advanced knowledge and pedagogical skills. This program will allow these teachers to perfect their craft, grow in many element areas, and take several effective strategies back to their classrooms.
Third grade teacher, Renee Birchfield, was in the very first HRT cohort and will officially be a Lead teacher through the program in December. She has also taken on the roll of a peer facilitator through the HRT program.
We are so proud of these teachers for growing their craft and know it will have an immensely positive effect on their students! Way to go! #BPRD

We are proud to have these two talented young ladies representing Beebe Schools! 👑#BPRD
