We now have a new way for you to submit documentation for your students’ absences from school!
While maintaining good attendance is crucial, we understand that absences are sometimes unavoidable. When your student must miss due to an approved excused absence, you may submit documentation (i.e. doctor’s notes) via the following Google Form. If submitting from your phone, simply take a photo of the document and upload it into the form. You also have the option to scan the document and upload it via computer. Please read and be aware of your school’s handbook policy on attendance and what constitutes an excused absence (linked below). We hope this will help streamline our absence documentation process and provide an easier way for you to submit paperwork without having to come to the school. Thank you for your cooperation! Beginning TOMORROW, January 3rd, 2024, the BMS car pick up and drop off location will be relocated to the Middle School Gym Parking Lot. To drop off AND pick up, enter the gym parking lot from the East end of 3rd Street. Circle the parking lot and drop students off/pick them up at the awning. Exit to the West end of 3rd Street.

During the week of December 4th-8th, students in the BHS First Responder class engaged with SROs, including Police Chief Rigsby, Officer Pannell, Officer Napolitano, Officer Williams and his K9, and a Dispatcher. They enjoyed discovering the world of first responders, their training, and the importance of constant communication! #BPRD
