A few reminders about eligibility:
• Teachers/Employees who are nominated will have the opportunity to fill out the application for the Building-Level award. Building-level winners will then move on for the chance to be Beebe School District Teacher/Employee of the Year.
• To be eligible - A teacher must have completed at least 3 years of certified teaching within the district. A classified employee must have completed at least 3 years of employment within the district.
• Anyone may nominate, including: supervisors, colleagues, parents, students, staff, and community members.
• Administrators and supervisors are not eligible for these awards.
To clarify,
• TEACHER of the Year is awarded to an individual who spends at least 70% of their day engaged in instruction with students (This includes regular classroom teachers, activity teachers, GT teachers, library media specialists, and counselors.)
• EMPLOYEE of the Year is awarded to an employee who serves in a capacity outside of certified teaching. Departments include Classified Instructors / Instructional Assistants (Paraprofessionals), Administrative Assistants (Secretaries), Health Services (Nurses / Therapists), Food Service, Transportation, Maintenance & Operations (including Technology), and District Police Officers (SROs).
We cannot wait to recognize the deserving individuals who are nominated and ultimately win these awards! Please take a moment to nominate any teacher and/or employee whom you feel is deserving. Nominations will remain open through Friday, December 1st. Please share with anyone who may be interested in nominating a deserving individual!

This morning, Bus 6 was involved in a minor accident at a 4-way stop with two students on board. No injuries occurred, and both parents have been notified. Please remember, we share this information with the aim of transparency within our school community, and we kindly request refraining from derogatory or disrespectful remarks. Any comments that attempt to spread false information, make threats, or incite harassment will be removed. Ensuring the safety of our students and staff remains our top priority. It was a morning of recognition and celebration at Beebe High School! 🏆 The BHS Special Olympics team received their banner for being a nationally recognized Unified Champion school and a plaque for making the ESPN Honor Roll. Then perfect attendance and honor roll students faced off in dodgeball! To top it off, Mrs. Dannon Alexander was the recipient of the 1st Quarter Student Choice Award! 🎉👏 #BPRD







At yesterday's District Leadership Team meeting, our leaders shared their expertise during engaging breakout sessions, and Dr. Tyler Tarver took us on an eye-opening journey into the world of AI! In last week's game vs Watson Chapel, Mason had 8 tackles for loss of yards, 2 sacks on quarterback and 1 forced fumble on defense! On offense, Mason had 2 receptions for 37 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 attempt! Way to go Mason! #BPRD

Beebe students recently had an insightful visit to the ASU Beebe campus for the Migrant Student Advisory Council. The aim was to inform 9th-12th graders and their parents about Arkansas' graduation requirements and post-high school educational opportunities! 🎓🌟 #BPRD

Bus 56 was in a wreck on Highway 64 this morning. No students were injured. The school district is currently in the process of contacting all parents of students who were on the bus. Special thank you to Beebe Police, Fire, and EMT for their quick response and aid.
