HANDICAP PARKING & SEATING REMINDERS
We MUST have prior notification for anyone needing a handicap parking spot. To request a handicap parking spot, please email Dane Grant at dgrant@beebeschools.org or have your senior complete the Google Form that was previously emailed to them.
We will have a shuttle service available to assist you and your family.
Handicap parking tags will be available for pick up at graduation practice.
Lower level seating on the home side of Bro Erwin Stadium will be reserved for handicap seating only.
There are 15 available wheelchair/handicap seats, along with 55 seats, in the lower level of the stadium. In the event that those 15 spots are filled, overflow seating for handicap patrons will be on the track on the home side, each handicap person is allowed one family member to be with them on the track. There is no handicap seating available on the visitor side of Bro Erwin Stadium.

PARKING INFORMATION AND REMINDERS
Here is the parking diagram for arriving at graduation.
Parking close to the stadium is limited. Arrive early! Carpooling with family and friends is also strongly recommended.
Criminal Justice students will be working the parking lots and helping you park as close as possible. Roads and lots will be closed as they fill. Please be patient and respectful to these students, and they will assist you.
A shuttle service will be available. If someone needs a shuttle, students in each lot wearing neon vests will be happy to assist. Just ask.
Shuttle services will begin at 6:00 PM. There will be buses parked at the auditorium parking lot and at the marquee sign on Badger Drive.
Those with parking passes (handicap, administrators, school board, etc.), need to place the parking pass on the driver's side dashboard of the vehicle.
All Seniors need to park in the Beebe Early Childhood parking lot. A shuttle will transport the seniors to and from the stadium. The shuttle leaves at 5:30 PM, 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM.

OTHER INFORMATION & REMINDERS
Students, remember to follow the dress code requirements: No decorating of the mortarboards (caps), nice dress, dress pants, etc., and no flip-flops.
Students are expected to be at the stadium by 6:45 pm to begin lining up for graduation.
