Dear Beebe Early Childhood Families,
Hello, my name is Brandy Dillin and I am honored to serve as your child's principal at Beebe Early Childhood. I want to thank you for entrusting your child to the Beebe School District, and I look forward to meeting you. I began my career in the district over twenty years ago as a self-contained teacher at Beebe Junior High, and I am a 1995 graduate of Beebe High School. I have been blessed to be a Badger for a large part of my life.
My professional experience, in brief, includes ten years of district-level administration, over ten years of building-level administration, and five years of teaching special education. Prior to my experiences in the Beebe district, I instructed special education for two years at Albright Elementary in Newport, Arkansas.
My résumé will demonstrate that I have a variety of leadership roles, abilities and interests. However, it won’t reflect my love for students, my commitment to education, and my desire to ensure that every student is afforded the opportunities for academic and personal growth.
I am committed to education. I believe God has placed me in positions to be a servant leader, and I feel He has placed me in a district where I make a difference in the school system and in the community. With His guidance and your support, I know we will continue to enhance educational opportunities for our Little Badgers.
On a personal note, I am a boy mom and a Branny. My husband, Mickey, and I have two adult sons, Brandon and Baylee, and four of the best grandchildren in the world, Logan, Kreedance, Lillian, and Jordan.
Most of you already know Mrs. Valerie Doll, who has been the assistant principal for the past two years. Her husband, Zack, works at the Hydropower Plant on Greers Ferry Lake, and together they have three wonderful children — Matthew, Luke, and Caroline. Their oldest, Matthew, is a kindergartner here at Beebe Early Childhood. It is a joy for Mrs. Doll to see our school through both the eyes of an educator and a parent.
Joining Mrs. Valerie Doll and me is Mr. Tate Rector, who will also serve as an assistant
principal. Mr. Rector has been with the Beebe School District for the past 18 years. He began his career coaching football and teaching History; in more recent years, he has had the privilege of teaching Engineering, Robotics, and Computer Science. His wife, Cari Rector, serves as the counselor at Beebe Middle School. They are blessed with three sons: Brody (14), Reed (11), and Gus, affectionately known as “Batman”, is 4.
Mrs. Doll, Mr. Rector, and I are excited to begin this new chapter at Beebe Early Childhood. We look forward to helping children reach their academic and social potential, and to having a great school year.
Sincerely,
Brandy Dillin
Brandy Dillin, Ed.D.

👕🧥 Clothing Tips for Our Little Learners 🎒👟
✅ Always keep a change of clothes in your child’s classroom cubby.
✅ Put your child’s name on everything – jackets, hoodies, coats, lunch boxes, and more.
✅ If your child borrows clothes from the nurse, please wash & return them.
✅ Lost items without names will be placed in the Lost & Found bin.
We could also use donations of boys and girls pants and underwear as are students go through these quickly.
Thanks for helping us keep everyone comfy, prepared, and ready for fun and learning at Beebe Early Childhood! ❤️
