Destruction of Records Notice
According to state and federal guidelines, special education records must be destroyed six years after the student is dismissed, graduated, found ineligible or if the records are no longer useful in making educational decisions. The 2015 special education records of these students will be destroyed on May 18, 2021. You have the right to review and request copies of these records before they are destroyed. 
Beginning May 11, 2021, if you do wish to see these records, please contact the Special Education office at 882-5463 extension 1248, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday in the Special Education Office to schedule a time to view the records or if you should have any questions regarding these records.
THESE RECORDS ARE NOT THE STUDENTS’ PERMANENT RECORDS. THEY ARE ONLY SPECIAL EDUCATION DUE PROCESS FORMS AND RECORDS.
