To ensure the safety of all students, we need for each family to follow our policy regarding transportation changes.

Parents are asked to let their child know after-school plans before school. The school should be notified with a note if there is a change in transportation. We do not accept transportation changes over the phone unless there is an emergency. All changes must be made and acknowledged by 2:00 p.m.
Any student who does not ride a bus to his/her own home must bring a note signed by a parent/guardian, giving permission for the student to ride another bus. This applies to students who are changing from a bus rider to car pick-up. Please indicate on the note where the student will be going, the bus number, and the bus driver (if you know his/her name). Also send a note if the student is riding his/her own bus, but will be getting off the bus somewhere other than his/her home. These bus transfers should be kept to a minimum and only when very necessary. Transportation changes cannot be made over the phone unless there is an emergency.
All notes must have a date, location and parent/guardian signature. Please do not email or text your child's teacher with the transportation changes during the day. There is a chance the message of email will not be read until after school hours. We appreciate you for following the policies that are set forth in the Beebe Public School Student Handbook.
