On April 25, the family of Codi Rice, made a generous memorial gift to the Beebe Badger Bookmobile. Rice was an employee in the Beebe After-School Program. Her family selected books about topics that were special to Codi. It is the sincere hope of her family that students, such as those Codi taught in the After-School Program, will benefit from their memorial gift. Codi’s family is shown holding a small sampling of the donated books. In each book, there is a memorial label with Codi’s picture and the following quote, selected by her family, “In honor of her love of children and her desire to work in education.”
