In science, we have been exploring many exciting topics. Scholars learned about simple machines, and then created their own invention using simple machines. Next, we studied ecosystems. Scholars played games to learn about food chains and carrying capacity. We are finishing up our rocks and minerals unit, and scholars did a great job on their rock cycle projects. We identified minerals by performing tests based on their properties, and we even made our own rocks.
\r\nDuring math, scholars have been working hard to learn all about fractions. They found equivalent fractions in order to add and subtract. Now, we are working on multiplying and dividing fractions.
