Congratulations to Jackson Gorham for being our Beebe Middle School National Geographic Bee Champion. After taking a qualifying test, he will advance to the State Bee at UCA, March 31st.
Thank you to Centennial Bank of Beebe who sponsored the event with refreshments for the contestants and prize money at $10 for each contestant, $20 for 2nd place, and $50 for the winner! This helped to make the event even more exciting and special for our scholars.
A huge thank you to Mr. Davis and his EAST students who brought the bee to you live. There were up to 67 devices watching the live stream and there have been a total of 99 views total. What an amazing way for families, friends, teachers, administrators and students to watch and support the contestants.
